1. About MAMP GmbH

These Terms of Service govern the use of MAMP PRO, MAMP Cloud, NAMO, and related products and services provided by MAMP GmbH, In den Niederwiesen 4a, 76744 Wörth am Rhein, Germany ("MAMP", "we", "us").

2. Order Process & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and refunds. Product support is provided directly by MAMP GmbH – please contact us directly for any technical or product-related questions.

Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

3. License Agreements

By purchasing and using any of our products, you agree to the applicable license agreement for that product, which governs the permitted use of the software. All license agreements are available for review prior to purchase.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy (except for backup), modify, create derivative works from, distribute, resell, or reverse engineer the software, except where required by applicable law.

4. Pricing

All prices exclude VAT. Applicable taxes will be calculated and shown during checkout; the final amount including tax is confirmed before you complete your purchase.

MAMP PRO is available as a one-time license or as a subscription:

  • One-time license: €99.00
    Includes one year of software updates. After the first year, the software continues to function, but no further updates will be provided.
     
  • Subscription (first year): €99.00, billed annually.

  • Subscription renewal: €69.00 per year, billed annually from the second year onwards.

  • MAMP Cloud is available as a one-time license:  €9.99
    Includes all future updates at no additional cost.

  • NAMO is available as a one-time license: €19.90
    • Updates are available as a separate purchase at €9.99. 

5. Subscription Terms (MAMP PRO only)

Subscription licenses are billed on an annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via our License Management page at account.mamp.info. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

After cancellation, your license remains valid and you can continue to use the software, but no further updates will be provided.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods, unless required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property, Warranties & Liability

MAMP PRO, MAMP Cloud, NAMO, and all related materials are the intellectual property of MAMP GmbH, protected by applicable copyright law. No ownership rights are transferred by the purchase of a license.

The software is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAMP GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Landau in der Pfalz, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice before they take effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the software after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
