1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and refunds. Product support is provided directly by MAMP GmbH – please contact us directly for any technical or product-related questions.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers located in the European Union, statutory consumer rights apply. This includes the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving a reason ("cooling-off period").

If you are an EU consumer and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us or Paddle directly at paddle.net within the 14-day period.

3. One-Time Licenses (MAMP PRO, MAMP Cloud, NAMO)

All three products are available as one-time licenses. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable legal requirements including applicable EU consumer rights.

After this period, refunds may be granted at our discretion or where required by applicable law.

Please note that NAMO updates are sold separately. Purchases of updates are subject to the same refund terms as the original license.

4. Subscription Licenses (MAMP PRO only)

Refunds are generally not provided for subscription billing periods that have already started, unless required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via our License Management page at account.mamp.info. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your license remains valid and you can continue to use the software, but no further updates will be provided.

To request a refund or for billing inquiries, please contact us directly or reach out to Paddle at paddle.net. Refund eligibility will be assessed in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
